A: Our cheeses are made in the Swiss Alps. They are shipped over during the aging process so the perfect
flavor is never compromised.
Q:Our your goats or other animals you use to make cheese free ranged?
A: Yes our animals have a 48 acre area to roam around.
Q:How long has Gipfel been producing cheese?
A: We have been producing cheese for 21 years, we have just recently moved to Kitchener Ontario
Q: Are your cheeses organic?
A: Yes there is nothing added to our cheeses.
Q: How long does it take to age you cheese?
A: It really depends on the cheese we are making and the flavour our shortest cheese to age takes 6 months.
